I generally start my music on the mini (connected to my home theatre), hot corner it to my Photos favorites, then use a wall mounted Air-2 (running “Remote”) to control the song list (along with iPhone Remote access). I run it (mostly) headless for my extensive iTunes and Photos collections. I use the primary drive for apps and data and the secondary drive for Time Machine backups of the various Macs around the house. The machine is rock solid (always has been). Why? Because I’m looking for any project to keep me busy during COVID-19 days.
